Chiapas is a state of Mexico, it is located in the southeast of the country. Borders with Tabasco, Veracruz, Oaxaca and Guatemala. Its capital city is Tuxtla Gutierrez.

Its main cities are Tuxtla Gutierrez, Tapachula, San Cristobal, Palenque, Comitán y Chiapa de Corzo.
